Claire’s love for real estate began early, inspired by her mother, an interior designer and artist. Working alongside her, Claire developed a deep appreciation for design, potential, and the details that make a house feel like home. In 2020, they flipped their first home together, an experience that solidified Claire’s passion for the industry and shaped the way she now guides clients: with vision, practicality, and an eye for value.

An equestrian at heart, Claire grew up competing as a hunter-jumper and traveled across the country at a high level, an experience that instilled discipline, focus, and a deep respect for the lifestyle that comes with land and equestrian properties. It was during her time traveling to Franklin, including competing at Brownland Farm, that she fell in love with the area. Today, Claire helps clients relocating to Middle Tennessee find the right fit across the region, supported by the team’s RealTrends + The Wall Street Journal recognition, including a #1 Franklin ranking for volume and transactions.

Claire now lives in East Nashville with her husband and two rescue dogs. She loves exploring Nashville and the surrounding communities, from the local food scene and coffee shops to the scenic backroads that make Middle Tennessee so special. Claire is passionate about helping clients not only find the right home, but feel grounded in the place they choose, whether they’re relocating to Nashville, searching for space to grow, or dreaming of a property that supports a more land-forward lifestyle.
